Kwok Cheong Li |
Mr. Li Kwok Cheong is Executive Chairman of the Board and Acting Chief Executive Officer of China Forestry Holdings Company Ltd. He has been appointed to the position of Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from April 15, 2012. Mr. Li is mainly responsible for the Group's strategic development and oversees the Group's operations and investments. Mr. Li graduated from (Chinese Nation Attorney Teaches by Correspondence the Center), an organisation assisting self-learners in legal higher education examination in China, in June 1987. Mr. Li is an entrepreneur and had invested in tobacco trading from 1993 to 2001, before co-founding the Group in 2001. Mr. Li is the council member of the China Council for the Promotion of Environment and Forestry (CCPEF). Mr. Li has over 16 years of experience in management, of which over 8 years of experience in the forestry industry. Mr. Li is the sole director of Kingfly Capital Limited, which is a substantial share holder of the Company. |

Ms. Liu Lan is Financial Controller in Mainland China at China Forestry Holdings Company Ltd. Before she joined the Group in August 2012, Ms. Liu was Financial Controller of HAWTAI MOTOR Group between 2008 and 2012. Mr. Lin Pu is Executive Director of China Forestry Holdings Company Ltd since January 1, 2011. Mr. Lin is the Head of Yunnan operation. Mr. Wei Bin is Executive Director of China Forestry Holdings Company Ltd since June 28, 2013. He joined the Group in March 2011 as the general manager of Chengdu Yishang Forestry Resources Development Co., Ltd. (Chengdu Yishang) and since July 2012, has also been appointed as the deputy general manager of Guizhou Wosen Forestry Development Company Limited (Guizhou Wosen). Each of Chengdu Yishang and Guizhou Wosen is a subsidiary of the Group. Mr. Wei obtained a bachelor's degree in economics from Hebei Finance and Economics College in 1994. Mr. Wei is a committee member of All-China Youth Federation of Sichuan Province, a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of the Qiaodong District, Shijiazhuang City, a member of Jiusan Society and a senior accountant. Mr. Wei has been engaged in investment, financing and securities margin financing for many years. He possesses experience in financial management and is knowledgeable in tax policies with specialization in devising tax strategies. He has experience in conducting acquisition and disposal of non-performing bank loans and in international trade. Prior to joining the Company, he served as the general manager of Hebei Fulin Investment Management Company from 2007 to 2011. Perederienko Leonid |
Mr. Perederienko Leonid is Head of Wood Frame House of China Forestry Holdings Company Ltd. He joined the group in December 2011. Mr. Leonid was the legal representative of Beijing Aodi Building Materials Holdings Limited from 1994 to 2011. He was the general manager of Urbitex Austrdia from 1981 to 1994. Mr. Kong (Albert) Shing Chi is Company Secretary of China Forestry Holdings Company Ltd since July 20, 2013. He joined the Company as a senior finance manager in June 2011, with responsibilities including overseeing the Company's financial reporting procedures, internal controls and compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules and other relevant laws and regulations. Mr. Kong is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
