- removed AttributeDefinitions from GlobalSecondaryIndexes (didn't work)
- added scripts for develop and deploy
- provided working offline
- added types to ensure passing body in Swagger, implemented file-system scanning for "**.d.ts" files
- migrated (mainly) to AWS SDK for JavaScript (v3) (didn't work after deploy without migration)
