checking how netlify will handle the pages on public. Locally we need to append html but the either one of: astro, starlight, sidebar-topics, something else, is removing it
- fix links to the page (around 43 links)
- check index page
- find a way to display all pkgs on typedoc sidebar, then remove the index page

maybe spin this up to be embedded in starlight instead of detached
at worst this pr can be used as a visual and structural reference as how the references pages should look like, what it should contain and how to display
