I don't mind merging your PR but

Windows 7 support has actually ended, yo.

I like to use that "Internet Explorer 11 and Windows 7 are no longer supported by Microsoft" to encourage migration to evergreen browsers, particularly in government sector.

The page you linked says:

You don't need to download and install Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 10 because it's already installed
So it's still supported. We had understood this to also include W10. This is just for clarification. Do as you wish.
