The WFGY Ecosystem

We build WFGY, a verification-first reasoning engine for LLMs.
One architecture, different depths--not different product lines.

WFGY 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 represent a continuous evolution.
Over a year of focused development, now fully Open Source under the MIT License.

Entry Points (Choose your depth)

  • WFGY 3.0 -- The Frontier (New Release)

The flagship tension reasoning engine running on a 131 S-class backbone.
If it works, nothing before it matters. Test it on your hardest questions first.
    Singularity Demo

  • WFGY 2.0 -- Engineering & Production

The production tension kernel + 16-mode Failure Map
for real-world RAG stacks, vector stores, and deployment chaos.
Core Engine * 16 Problem Map * Global Debug Card

  • WFGY 1.0 -- Foundations & Theory

The original mathematical playbook behind WFGY.
Formulas, tension language, and the first self-healing framework.
    Legacy Theory

Getting Started

If you're new and wondering where to begin, start here:
Starter Village Quickstart

Unlike traditional tools, WFGY is an ecosystem of "fix-first" reasoning components.
Everything here was built because a real-world system broke first.

Thank you to everyone who tested, debugged, and grew with us. More artifacts and experiments are on the way. If WFGY helps your workflow, please consider giving us a star!

Recognition & Ecosystem Integration

WFGY has been recognized and integrated by mainstream RAG frameworks, academic labs, and curated open-source lists, and is increasingly used as a reference for LLM robustness, RAG diagnostics, and system reliability.

1. Core integrations & research

Project Stars Segment How it uses WFGY ProblemMap Proof (PR / doc)
RAGFlow Mainstream RAG engine Adds a RAG failure modes checklist guide in its official docs, adapted from the WFGY 16-problem failure map for step-by-step RAG pipeline diagnostics. PR #13204
LlamaIndex Mainstream RAG infra Integrates the WFGY 16-problem RAG failure checklist into its official RAG troubleshooting docs as a structured failure mode reference. PR #20760
ToolUniverse (Harvard MIMS Lab) Academic lab / tools Provides a WFGY_triage_llm_rag_failure tool that wraps the 16 mode map for incident triage. PR #75
Rankify (Univ. of Innsbruck) Academic lab / system Uses the 16 failure patterns in RAG and re-ranking troubleshooting docs. PR #76
Multimodal RAG Survey (QCRI LLM Lab) Academic lab / survey Cites WFGY as a practical diagnostic resource for multimodal RAG. PR #4

2. Curated lists & discussions
