PilotPlant

This is an object-oriented MATLAB program to control the Murdoch University Engineering Pilot Plant.

Authors: Ewan Thompson, Andrew Ebbett, Aydan Willshire.

Background

Created as part of ENG445: Instrumentation and Control Systems Design.

Within the Instrumentation and Control Engineering major.

Under the supervision and with the assistance of Dr Linh Vu.

Murdoch University, Semester 1, 2021.

Usage

To run the program, open and run pilotplant.m.

The program is large and object-oriented in design. Individual classes can be opened and examined from within the MATLAB (or other) editor, but should other than "pilotplant.m" in the root directory, nothing should be executed directly.

About

MATLAB-based program for controlling a simulated chemical process plant, interfacing with real hardware and SCADA over OPC UA.
