Adds missing translations. @oscarhernandezrodriguez can you review it?

Today I tried using Copilot to generate all the missing translations. I've to say it worked really well and I just had to review it.

Once merged I'll port the missing strings to v-3-1-test

@ecodina Once this is merged, can we (=you) selectively backport to v3-1-test branch such that the translation gets updated in 3.1.6 that is planned to be cut end of this week as well?

Yes! I was waiting for Oscar to review this before opening #60199. However, I see we have the backport label. Won't this automatically backport it?

I will also open another PR to add Oscar in the codeowners file, as per Jarek comment.

This should now be mergeable.

@ecodina The problem is that the 3.1 branch has structurally drifted from main, so "just backporting" does not work. Last time on DE I made selective cherry-picking just on v3-1-test branch.

Backport failed to create: v3-1-test. View the failure log Run details

Status Branch Result
v3-1-test

You can attempt to backport this manually by running:

cherry_picker e309b5b v3-1-test

This should apply the commit to the v3-1-test branch and leave the commit in conflict state marking
the files that need manual conflict resolution.

After you have resolved the conflicts, you can continue the backport process by running:

cherry_picker --continue
