Add GoJS software license to ScanCode so scanning https://github.com/NorthwoodsSoftware/GoJS will not throw commercial-license on license.html but actually recognize the license.

How To Reproduce

  1. git clone https://github.com/NorthwoodsSoftware/GoJS.git
  2. Run scancode with default option on GOJS directory.
