The goal of this project is to create integration for alternative code analysis tools and scanners in scancode.io. This could include license or copyright scanners such as https://github.com/google/licenseclassifier, Debian licensecheck, GitHub licensee or Fossology. The integration would likely consist of creating packages exposing libraries of "pipes" when installed in ScanCode.io as well as some example pipelines or pipeline steps
