(Oops created a branch on spikeinterface/probeinterface, sorry!)
Am writing an Action to automatically make the npx library in probeinterface_library and it'd be handy to expose the base_folder in generate_all_npx. Have left the default value a global variable because there might be some reason @samuelgarcia wants this???
