How to use
Compile with g++ :
g++ -std=c++11 RLSA.cpp -o RLSA `pkg-config --libs --cflags opencv` -ldl
or
g++ -std=c++11 X_YCut.cpp -o X_YCut `pkg-config --libs --cflags opencv` -ldl
