Additional Notes
I am curious if there is any reason that this list doesn't include all SPDX license specifications?
Also, can I add "GNU LESSER GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE V2" and "GNU LESSER GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE V3" because a bunch of libraries use these strings.
