  • Adds version parameter for snapshot-finder
  • Changes mis-spelled word in parameters

I'll review and merge it.

For your information, we're planning a full transition from Node to Deno in solv5 to minimize runtime environment differences. Currently, due to pnpm and Node, some users are encountering issues with environment setup.
