"New" discouraged

Note that Wikipedia's Manual of Style discourages the use of the word "new" in the way it's presented here (and in article titles - see WP:NAME); so, an alternative, less transitory and promotional way of rephrasing needs to be attained here. B.Wind (talk) 05:00, 31 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
