This template links to the different basic forms of government in the format of a sidebar.

Usage

The parameters used in this template are:

Parameter Explanation
|expand=
  • Can be set to "all" to expand all sub-headings.
  • Can be set to "collapsed" to collapse all sub-headings. (default view)
  • Can be set to "Democracy" to expand Democracy sub-heading.
  • Can be set to "Oligarchy" to expand Oligarchy sub-heading.
  • Can be set to "Autocracy" to expand Autocracy sub-heading.
  • Can be set to "Anarchism" to expand Anarchism sub-heading.
  • Can be set to "Monarchy vs. republic" to expand Monarchy vs. republic sub-heading.
  • Can be set to "Authoritarian vs. libertarian" to expand Authoritarian vs. libertarian sub-heading.
  • Can be set to "Global vs. local" to expand Global vs. local sub-heading.
  • Can be set to "Unitary" to expand Unitary sub-heading.
  • Can be set to "Client state" to expand Client state sub-heading.
  • Can be set to "Federalism" to expand Federalism sub-heading.
  • Can be set to "International relations" to expand International relations sub-heading.
