Te agradezco enormenente tus esfuerzos categorizando imagenes, algunas realizadas por mi Link title. Sin embargo, me veo obligado a borrar la imagen Image:Francesc Espanol.jpg. El motivo se debe a que la pagina de origen tiene todos losderechos reservados: (c) 1999-2002 CV-e Comunidad Virtual de Entomologia

Nota: La legislacion internacional (apartado 5.2 do Convenio de Berna) indica que no es preciso ningun requisito para que cualquier obra tenga copyright. Por lo tanto solo se pueden subir fotos de aquellos lugares que indiquen explicitamente que las imagenes estan en el dominio publico y permiten la realizacion de obras derivadas y el uso comercial.

Me indicas que Antonio Melic, uno de los firmantes del articulo de la pagina de origen en que esta la imagen Image:Francesc Espanol.jpg te concedio el permiso para su uso. El primer problema es que posiblemente los terminos en que expresa su permiso no sean validos. El segundo problema es que el procedimiento para que sean admitidos los permisos en Commons es un poco complejo.

Espero que domines ingles (yo solamente un poco), pues la pagina principal sobre permisos (autorizaciones) no estan traducidas al espanol (si al portugues). La pagina en que se explica es Commons:OTRS. El formato de permiso esta en Commons:Modelos de mensajes (en espanol). Te resumo el procedimiento.

1.Debes enviarle por correo el formato de autorizacion que hay en Commons:Modelos de mensajes 2. El debe enviarte un correo reescribiendo el texto y autorizando el uso de la foto o fotos (haciendo mencion del lugar en que se encuentran) 3. Debes reenviar el correo que recibas a permissions-commons@wikimedia.org 4. Puedes ponerte en contacto con algun usuario colaborador de OTRS (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/OTRS/personnel) antes o despues de enviar la autorizacion para acelerar el proceso o preguntarle sobre el mismo.

Hello Xvazquez, please don't overwrite images from me with images that look different, since its very likely that those images are used in other projects. Of course you are free to edit my pictures and upload them under another filename, as you did with Image:N-Acetyl-D-glucosamin colour.svg. I embrace it when my pictures are used and varied by others.
