World Boxing has positioned itself as 'the international federation', following the High Court's decision to dismiss the IBA's appeal against its expulsion. It urges all national federations 'to join and support World Boxing'.

The International Boxing Association (IBA) disagrees with the arguments used by CAS to dismiss its appeal against the IOC, including "not having a coherent roadmap for the IBA to follow or a direct channel to communicate." CAS upholds the IOC's decision of 22 June 2023 to withdraw recognition from the IBA, which the organisation appealed against on 27 June 2023.
