s.151BH exemption orders register
Exemption orders issued by the ACCC under Division 4 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act 2010.
s.151BQ tariff information register
Tariff information given to the ACCC under Division 4 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act now the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
s.151BR tariff filing directions register
Tariff filing directions given to the ACCC under Division 4 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act now the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
s.152AQ declared services register
Telecommunications services declared under Division 2 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act now the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
s.152BCW access determinations register
s.152BDN binding rules of conduct register
This register lists binding rules of conduct made by the ACCC under section 152 BDN of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
s.152BR telecommunications access codes register
Telecommunications access codes issued by the ACCC under Division 4 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act now the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
s.152CC access undertakings register
The ACCC is required to keep a register of all access undertakings accepted by the ACCC, including those no longer in operation.
s.152CJ ministerial pricing determinations register
Pricing determinations issued by the Minister under Division 6 of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act now the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Layer 2 bitstream access agreement statements register
This register contains statements of differences given to the ACCC by a carrier or carriage service provider under Division 4B of Part XIC of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
NBN access agreement statements register
This register contains statements of differences given to the ACCC by an NBN corporation (such as NBN Co) under Division 4B of Part XIC of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
Published arbitration determinations
Arbitration determinations made by the ACCC under the access dispute provisions of the Trade Practices Act 1974. These provisions were repealed on 1 January 2011.
