RE:MEMORY

A Point & Click experience where dreams, memories and love intertwine...

About

Re:Memory is a poetic, narrative-driven point & click mystery adventure.
Set in a floating city where echoes of lost memories ripple through time, you follow the trail of a forgotten connection -- one that may not have existed... or perhaps never ended.

The game explores the boundaries between dream and reality, through painterly visuals inspired by Ghibli, a minimalist UI, and subtle emotional storytelling.

Features

  • Classic Point & Click mechanics, handcrafted in vanilla JS
  • Immersive soundscapes and evocative transitions
  • Custom engine, lightweight and tailored to the story
  • Story-first design, with literary quotes and silent interludes
  • No hand-holding -- discovery is everything

Engine

Built from scratch in pure JavaScript with Vite as bundler.
No framework, no dependency: just control, elegance, and performance.

We call it RE:Core -- a custom storytelling engine designed for emotion-first gameplay.

Tech Stack

  • Vite for ultra-fast development
  • HTML5 Canvas for rendering
  • Modular Scene System (Title - Quote - Chapters)
  • Cinematic 21:9 layouts and custom-built transitions

Status

This is a passion project currently under active development.
Expect early builds, experiments, bugs... and sudden bursts of beauty.
